The Day

It's friday the 25th of May, and I'm just about to start packing etc. My boat and home for the next ten days - the Independent Endeavour - docks in Liverpool at 1900 hours and departs at 0700 hours tomorrow morning (I'm going to be a sailor. Faux naval talk ahoy! Avast!). The crew are entirely Phillipino, so my next post may well be in Tagalog - that's genuinely the official language of the Phillipines. True story.
